What’s included with a rental?

We offer flexible packages that may include tables, chairs, sound systems, lighting, and use of our gallery walls. Custom setups are available upon request.

How do I book the space?

Simply fill out the inquiry form on our Booking Page, and a team member will get back to you within 24 hours.


Booking & Pricing

What are your rental rates?

Pricing depends on the date, time, and type of event. Weekends and special events like Art Basel may have premium rates. Contact us for a custom quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your event date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.


Venue Details

How many people can your venue hold?

We can accommodate up to 200 guests depending on the layout and nature of the event

Do you have outdoor space?

Yes! Our rooftop terrace and courtyard are available for events and activations.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes, outside vendors are welcome. We also offer a list of recommended vendors if you need assistance.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes, our venue is fully accessible and ADA-compliant.

Do you offer bar services or BYOB options?

We have mobile bar setups available and can coordinate licensed bartenders. BYOB is permitted with prior approval.


Events

Can I collaborate with the venue to co-host an event?

Yes! We love partnering with artists, brands, and curators. If you have a unique concept, we’re open to collaboration models that include profit-sharing or cross-promotion.

Can I organize a multi-day pop-up or activation?

Yes, multi-day bookings are available for pop-ups, brand activations, or exhibitions. We offer discounted rates for extended use.

Do I need a special permit to host a ticketed event?

It depends on your event type. We’ll help guide you through any permitting needs or recommend third-party vendors who can assist.

Is there flexibility for late-night events or afterparties?

Yes, we offer extended hour options with approval and may require additional staff or permits depending on timing and noise levels.
